Open-door exterior repaint.

We performed a full repaint on this Opened-door exterior repaint. Painting the fun interior as well as the entire exterior. Looking to get a quick return on their investment. Our client was looking to get their house on the market and sold as quickly as possible.  We color matched the existing colors of the exterior. We gave the interior a nice neutral beige color with an eggshell finish. All doors baseboards and trim were painted with a semi-gloss finish for lasting protection. This project took a total of 5 days.

Our process for Open-door exterior Repaint projects start with first pressure washing the home. Pressure washing helps get not only the mildew, but All the surface dribs from the homes exterior. After the home is clean of all debris, we then apply a clear sealer. In mot cases we use Killz clear.

This helps to seal in the homes old exterior paint. Allowing the new exterior paint adhere properly. In return this not only prevents peeling and blistering paint, but it creates a durable lasting finish.  We evaluate each clients individual needs, and budget in order to determine the quality level of paint we recommend using.
